המוצרים באתר מיועדים לפתיחה בשידור חי. לפני הרכישה יש לקרוא את התנאים המפורטים בעמוד זה.
01כללי וגיל הרוכשים
ברוכים הבאים לאתר A.B MYSTERY - TCG Shop. תנאים אלה מתארים את השימוש באתר ואת מתכונת הרכישה לפתיחת מוצרי אספנות בלייב. הרכישה באתר מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה, או לקטינים הפועלים באישור ובהסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס חוקי. התשלום יתבצע באמצעות אמצעי תשלום תקף ובאישור בעליו; בתשלום בכרטיס נדרש אישור בעל הכרטיס. יש למסור פרטים נכונים ומלאים. לפני המשך לתשלום יש לסמן תיבה המאשרת את קריאת התקנון והסכמה לו, ואישור פתיחת החפיסות בשידור חי. תכולת מוצרי המיסטרי אקראית, כמפורט בסעיף 3; מדיניות הביטולים וההחזרים בהתאם לדין מפורטת בסעיף 6.
02פתיחה בלייב ומועד הפתיחה
כל המוצרים המוצעים כעת בחנות מיועדים לפתיחה בלייב על ידי אביב. אין כרגע אפשרות לרכוש מוצר סגור למשלוח. הרכישות מיועדות ללייב הבא, בהתאם לפרסום ולתיאום בערוצי הקהילה. מועדי השידורים משתנים ואינם קבועים. לפני הרכישה יש להתעדכן בקבוצות הוואטסאפ והפייסבוק ולוודא מול אביב את פרטי הלייב. אם המועד משתנה, יש לפנות לאביב לתיאום ולטיפול בהזמנה, בכפוף לזכויות הרוכש לפי דין.
03תכולה אקראית ותמונות להמחשה
תכולת חפיסות ומוצרי מיסטרי עשויה להיות אקראית. אין הבטחה לקלף מסוים, לנדירות, לציון דירוג, לשווי כספי או לרווח. שליפות המוצגות בגלריה הן דוגמאות מפתיחות קודמות ואינן מבטיחות תוצאה דומה. תמונות אריזות עשויות להיות מייצגות; עיצוב המסומן כהמחשה אינו צילום של האריזה בפועל. תכולת Mini Mystery ותנאי כל ברייק הם אלה המפורטים בהצעה המסוימת. אין להסיק מכך שכל מוצר בברייק מוקצה לכל משתתף; יש לברר את תנאי ההקצאה לפני רכישה.
04מחירים, זמינות ואישור הזמנה
המחיר והכמות שנבחרו מוצגים בסל לפני המעבר לתשלום. משלוח אינו כלול במחיר. הוספה לסל אינה שומרת מלאי או מקום בברייק. הזמנה בתשלום מחייבת אישור תשלום ואישור זמינות; אם לא ניתן לספק מוצר ששולם עבורו, יתואם פתרון עם הרוכש או יינתן החזר בהתאם לדין. המשך לתשלום פותח את דף התשלום המאובטח של קארדקום. פתיחת התשלום עשויה לשמור זמנית מלאי זמין. ההזמנה מאושרת רק לאחר אימות תוצאת התשלום במערכת החנות. סגירת דף התשלום אינה אישור לביטול או לתשלום.
05שמירת קלפים ומארזים, איסוף ומשלוח
זמני שמירה
קלפים מיוחדים (היטים / קלפים בטופלואדר): עד 60 ימים.
מוצרים סגורים (Sealed): עד 30 ימים.
קלפי באלק: עד 21 ימים.
בכל השתתפות בברייק חדש, תקופת השמירה מתאפסת ומתחילה מחדש מאותו יום בהתאם לסוג הפריטים, למעט קלפי באלק. אם מצטברת כמות גדולה של פריטים, ייתכן שתתבקשו להגיע לאסוף אותם.
אפשרות לבאלק רנדומלי
במקום לבקש לשמור את קלפי הבאלק הספציפיים שלכם מהברייקים, ניתן לבחור לקבל באלק רנדומלי בזמן האיסוף. אפשרות זו מאריכה את זמן השמירה; משך ההארכה אינו מוגדר במדיניות ויש לתאם אותו עם אביב.
סיום תקופת השמירה
לאחר תום תקופת השמירה, פריטים שלא נאספו עשויים להיות מפונים או להימסר לפי שיקול דעתו של אביב, בכפוף לדין. הארכה עשויה להינתן אם הדבר מתאפשר, אך היא אינה מובטחת ואין להסתמך עליה.
אחריות לאיסוף ולמשלוח
האחריות ליזום ולתאם איסוף או משלוח היא של הלקוח בלבד. לא יישלחו תזכורות אישיות. יש לתאם איסוף מראש עם אביב. רכישה אינה יוצרת משלוח אוטומטי, ועלות המשלוח אינה כלולה במחיר הרכישה.
המשלוח מתבצע באמצעות פוקיפוסט. יש למלא את טופס בקשת המשלוחוגם לעדכן את אביב בעת הגשת הבקשה, כדי שיוכל להכין את הפריטים למשלוח.
באישור התקנון בעת הרכישה, הלקוח מאשר שקרא והסכים גם למדיניות שמירת הקלפים והמארזים המפורטת בסעיף זה. אין באישור כדי לגרוע מזכויות שלא ניתן להתנות עליהן על פי דין.
בקשות ביטול והחזר מטופלות בהתאם לדין הישראלי, לרבות הוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן החלות על העסקה.
רוצים לבטל לפני הפתיחה?
פנו לאביב בהקדם עם מספר ההזמנה ושם הרוכש. ציינו אילו פריטים תרצו לבטל. אפשר לפנות בטלפון 054-4330684 או בוואטסאפ. פנייה לפני הלייב תעזור לנו לטפל בבקשה לפני פתיחת החפיסה.
החפיסה כבר נפתחה?
פתיחה בלייב לבקשתכם משנה את מצב המוצר ועשויה להשפיע על אפשרות הביטול, בהתאם לדין ולנסיבות. תכולת החפיסה אקראית: אין הבטחה לקלף מסוים, ואכזבה מהשליפה אינה כשלעצמה פגם במוצר.
משהו בהזמנה לא תקין?
אם התקבל מוצר שגוי, חסר או פגום, או שההזמנה לא סופקה כפי שסוכם, פנו אלינו עם פרטי ההזמנה ותמונות אם יש. נברר את המקרה וניתן מענה בהתאם לזכויותיכם על פי דין. מומלץ לפנות בהקדם, אך אין דרישה לפנות בתוך 48 שעות כדי לשמור על זכויותיכם לפי החוק.
אישור התקנון או הבקשה לפתוח בלייב אינם מבטלים זכויות שהחוק אינו מאפשר לוותר עליהן. כרגע החנות מציעה פתיחה בלייב בלבד, ולא מכירת מוצרים סגורים למשלוח.
07פרטיות ושירותים חיצוניים
האתר שומר בדפדפן את סל הקניות והעדפת השפה. בעת רכישה נשמרים במערכת העסק שם, אימייל, טלפון, פרטי ההזמנה ואישורי הרכישה, לצורך טיפול בהזמנה ושירות ללקוחות. פרטי ההזמנה והקשר מועברים לקארדקום לצורך התשלום והפקת המסמך.
פרטי כרטיס האשראי מוזנים בעמוד התשלום של CardCom, ואינם נשמרים בקוד החנות שלנו. אין לשלוח פרטי אשראי בהודעות פרטיות. צפייה בסרטוני הגלריה טוענת נגן YouTube חיצוני. מעבר לטופס המשלוח, לוואטסאפ או לרשתות החברתיות כפוף גם למדיניות השירות החיצוני.
לפנייה בנוגע למידע שנמסר לעסק, אפשר ליצור קשר עם אביב דרך עמוד יצירת הקשר. מחיקת נתוני הדפדפן מסירה את הסל והעדפת השפה מהמכשיר, אך אינה מוחקת הזמנות שנשמרו במערכת העסק.
08קניין רוחני ושימוש באתר
הזכויות במותגים, בקלפים ובתמונות שייכות לבעליהן בהתאמה. אין בהצגת מוצרי Pokémon כדי להציג את A.B Mystery כנציג רשמי של בעל המותג. אין להעתיק תוכן מקורי של העסק ללא הרשאה, בכפוף לשימוש המותר בדין. אין לעשות שימוש באתר לצורך הונאה, פגיעה בשירות או מסירת פרטים כוזבים.
הנהלת האתר רשאית לעדכן את התקנון. הנוסח המעודכן יפורסם כאן בצירוף תאריך; שינוי לא יגרע מזכויות שנקבעו בעסקה שכבר בוצעה. הודעה על שינוי תימסר כאשר הדין מחייב זאת. בכל סתירה להוראה מחייבת בדין, הוראת הדין גוברת.

01General terms and age
Welcome to A.B MYSTERY - TCG Shop. These terms describe use of the website and purchases of collectible products for live opening. Purchases are intended for people aged 18 or older, or minors acting with the permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Payment must use a valid payment method with its owner’s authorization; card payments require the cardholder’s permission. Provide accurate and complete information. Before checkout, one checkbox confirms that you have read and agree to these terms and authorize live pack opening. Mystery product contents are random, as explained in section 3. Cancellation and refund rights under applicable law are explained in section 6.
02Live opening and scheduling
All products currently offered are for live opening by Aviv. Sealed products for home delivery are not currently offered. Purchases are intended for the next live stream, according to community announcements and arrangements. Stream dates and times vary. Check the WhatsApp and Facebook groups and confirm the details with Aviv before purchasing. If the schedule changes, contact Aviv to resolve your order, subject to your statutory rights.
03Random contents and illustrative images
Booster and mystery product contents may be random. No specific card, rarity, grading result, monetary value or profit is promised. Gallery pulls show past openings and do not promise similar results. Packaging images may be representative; artwork marked as illustrative is not an actual packaging photograph. Mini Mystery contents and each break’s allocation rules are those of the specific offer. Do not assume every participant receives every item from a break; confirm allocation rules before purchasing.
04Prices, availability and order confirmation
Selected prices and quantities appear in the cart before checkout. Home delivery is not included. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory or a break spot. A paid order requires payment confirmation and availability confirmation. If a paid item cannot be supplied, a solution will be agreed with the buyer or a refund provided in accordance with applicable law. Checkout opens CardCom’s secure payment page. Opening checkout may temporarily reserve available stock. An order is confirmed only after the payment result has been verified by the store. Closing the payment page is not proof of cancellation or payment.
05Card and product storage, collection and shipping
Storage periods
Special cards (hits / cards in toploaders): up to 60 days.
Sealed products: up to 30 days.
Bulk cards: up to 21 days.
Each participation in a new break resets the storage period from that day according to the item type, except for bulk cards. If a large quantity of items accumulates, you may be asked to collect them.
Random bulk option
Instead of retaining your specific bulk cards from breaks, you may choose to receive random bulk at collection. This extends the storage period; the policy does not specify the extension length, so arrange it with Aviv.
End of the storage period
After the storage period ends, uncollected items may be cleared out or given away at Aviv’s discretion, subject to applicable law. An extension may be offered where possible, but is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.
Responsibility for collection and shipping
The customer alone is responsible for initiating and arranging collection or shipping. Personal reminders will not be sent. Arrange collection with Aviv in advance. A purchase does not trigger automatic shipping, and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.
Shipping is handled through Poképost. Complete the shipping request formand also notify Aviv when submitting the request, so he can prepare your items.
By accepting the terms at purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the card and product storage policy in this section. Acceptance does not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under Israeli law, including consumer protection provisions applicable to the transaction.
Want to cancel before opening?
Contact Aviv promptly with the order number, buyer’s name and items you wish to cancel. Call 054-4330684 or message us on WhatsApp. Contacting us before the stream helps us handle your request before opening.
Has the pack already been opened?
Opening a pack live at your request changes its condition and may affect cancellation rights, depending on the law and circumstances. Pack contents are random. No particular card is promised, and disappointment with a pull is not itself a product defect.
Is something wrong with your order?
If an item is incorrect, missing or damaged, or your order was not supplied as agreed, contact us with the order details and any photographs. We will investigate and respond according to your statutory rights. Please contact us promptly; there is no 48-hour reporting requirement for preserving your rights under the law.
Accepting these terms or requesting a live opening does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. The shop currently offers live opening only, not sealed products for shipping.
07Privacy and external services
The website stores your cart and language preference in your browser. When you purchase, the business system records your name, email, phone number, order details and purchase confirmations to process the order and provide customer service. Order and contact details are sent to CardCom for payment and document issuance.
Payment card details are entered on the CardCom payment page and are not stored by our store code. Do not send card details in private messages. Playing a gallery video loads an external YouTube player. The shipping form, WhatsApp and social networks also have their own policies.
For enquiries about information supplied to the business, contact Aviv through the contact page. Clearing browser data removes the cart and language preference from your device; it does not delete order records held by the business.
08Intellectual property and acceptable use
Brands, card artwork and images belong to their respective owners. Displaying Pokémon products does not represent A.B Mystery as an official brand representative. Original business content must not be copied without authorization, subject to uses permitted by law. Do not use the website for fraud, interference with service or submission of false information.
We may update these terms. The revised version will be dated and published here. Changes will not reduce rights established in an existing transaction. Notice will be given when required by law. Mandatory legal provisions prevail over conflicting wording.
